Food market collections
We’ve been working with Borough Market and the Real Food Market at Kings Cross to collect and redistribute their surplus food to nearby charities since 2014.
Borough Market is our flagship project and to date we’ve saved over 103 tonnes of great surplus food from being wasted. That’s the equivalent of over 246,400 meals reaching people in need, and the equivalent of over 413 tonnes in CO² emissions saved!
